We are on the lookout for a Sales & Partnerships Executive/Manager to become an integral part of our dynamic and energetic team based in Singapore. 

What you will be doing:
  • Identify strategic B2B and B2B2C partners that will bring synergies and help reach our short and long term targets
  • Grow our partner & merchant network by enrolling new partners into Care's partner program which includes identifying and sourcing partnership opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails and visits to partner sites.
  • Analyse and prioritise partners in targeted markets and verticals. Collaborate internally to develop strategies based on user behaviour, market trends, competitive landscape and critical product-market fit
  • Establish and nurture relationships with partners with the aim of potentially upscaling and cross-selling their usage of the platform
  • End-to-end partner ownership including lead generation, negotiation, onboarding, integration, contract renewal and follow up
  • Collaborate with cross-regional business development team to design and deliver high impact partnership projects
  • Work closely with Business Development and Products team at incubation level to ideate innovative ways to achieve strong growth
  • Ensure adherence to market regulatory and compliance requirements
What we are looking for:
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships
  • Proven track record in ability to build, execute and scale partnerships in B2B and B2B2C environment
  • Minimum Bachelors Business degree
  • Excellent English communication (presentation/written/verbal) skills
  • Experience with Healthcare sectors (medical, pharma, insurance etc) and/or tech startup is highly valued.
