About the Role
We are currently seeking a healthcare enthusiast to join us as a Product Manager (Technical).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Uncover and understand customer needs and translate them into requirements.
- Ability to work well with internal teams, including business development, developers, engineers, architects, quality assurance, and operations. Ensure requirements are fully understood and that implementation plans match expectations.
- Understand, research, and follow healthcare trends in the industry
- Able to assess emerging products and companies to measure their potential value or threat to the company and its products, as well as make recommendations on which new technologies to invest in or leverage.
- Assess and address technical risks
- Define product metrics to track and analyse accordingly
- Use database queries to analyze performance indicators, evaluate experiments, etc.
- Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
- Facilitate the creation and maintenance of proper product documentation.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering or product management
- Having a startup mindset; startup experience and healthcare industry knowledge a plus
- Writing detailed product specs to explain product(s) we will be building, what it is going to look like, the user journeys, and its specific requirements and functions.
- good understanding of APIs and how systems work
- good communication skills, both verbal and written
- coordinating user research to understand user pain points
- coordination with design, eng, bd, pdtops, and other internal parties for product development
- coordination with external parties from clarifying requirements to execution
- High threshold for ambiguity, thrives in a constantly changing environment
- Open minded, ability to work under pressure and in dynamic teams
