What You Will Be Doing

  • Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door.
  • Lead a team to deploy successful traditional and digital marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to promote our platform and acquire users.
  • Manage content calendar across all marketing and comms channels including content development and updates on web and app.
  • Prepare and monitor marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis, keeping in line with the target KPIs and strategies.
  • Liaise with internal & external stakeholders, oversee and approve marketing material, for example, EDM, website banner and hard copy brochure.
  • Set up and monitor performance of digital and traditional campaigns across various platforms, in line with the campaign goals and objectives.
  • Develop a strong understanding of the products, competition, industry, marketing goals and objectives for each campaign.
  • Report weekly on the campaign results against KPIs, deduce conclusion from data analysis and recommend next course of action.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and updates in digital marketing channels, including but not limited to: SEM, GDN, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and Twitter.
  • Lead market research and analysis to evaluate trends, brand awareness and competitor ventures.
  • Provide actionable insights based on data, best practices and industry trends.
  • Support Commercial Director and Business Development with ad-hoc/special projects.

What You Need to Have

  • Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the role of marketing or relevant roles.
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy.
  • Creative, results-driven mindset.
  • High adaptability, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Desire to be part of digital transformation in healthcare.

The Nice-to-Have

  • Experience in healthcare-related fields is welcome.
  • Previous experience at a tech startup is highly valued.
  • Curiosity and a love of learning.
  • Experience and strong knowledge in Google ads and social media advertising with knowledge in Bidding Management and Google Analytics.
  • Fluency in other Asian languages would be highly beneficial.
